1. Mathematicians
The short history of mathematicians who worked and developed mathematical theories and concepts are listed in the lesson List of Famous Mathematicians and Their Contributions. Mathematicians like Al Khawarizmi, Archimedes, Aryabhata, Euclid and many more have been listed with the areas they worked on.
2. Important Days in Mathematics

3. Measurements
Measurement is one of the concepts that we use in our daily life to measure lengths, time, mass, area, volume, temperature, speed and angles. They all have one or more than one unit to measure them. For example, a length can be measured in any of the units of lengths which are millimeter, centimeter, inches, feet, yards, miles or kilometers. These units of lengths can also be converted into each other as required, which are discussed detailed in the lesson Units Measurements Conversions of Mass Length Time
What are the units, how to measure temperature and conversion of units of temperature has been explained in the chapter Units And Measurement of Temperature.
Time has its own units of hours, minutes and seconds. What are the units of time and how to convert hours, minutes and seconds one into another is explained in the chapter Convert Hours, Minutes and Seconds. Learn Operations on Time with examples and worksheets to practice.
A clock is a device to read the time of the day. There are two types of clocks: analogue and digital. How to read time on the clock using hour, minute and second hands is discussed in detail in Clock Dial, Hands and Basics of Reading Time on Clock
